Information We Collect
We collect only what you choose to share and basic usage data:
Contact form: name, email, phone, desired dates, group size, and your message, used solely to respond to your inquiry. Email list (if you sign up): your email address, used to send occasional updates and Direct Booking offers. Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This may use cookies; it does not identify you personally to us.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to inquiries, help you plan and book a stay, send updates you've asked for, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who We Share It With
Our service providers only, as needed to operate the site: our website host (which processes form submissions), Google Analytics, and, if you book, our booking platform (Hostaway) which handles reservations and payments under its own privacy policy. Payments are never collected on this website.
Data Retention & Your Choices
We keep inquiry and guest correspondence as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may email us to request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for its own features. Google Analytics may set cookies for traffic measurement; you can block cookies in your browser without affecting the site's functionality.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
